Shipping Rates

  • Free on orders over £35.00
  • £5.00 shipping fee on orders under £35.00

Delivery Service

  • Order fulfillment is managed by COROS Wearables UK Ltd.
  • All orders are shipped on a standard Next Day Parcelforce Delivery.
  • Orders placed before 10.00 am Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed on a holiday or Saturday - Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
  • Shipping times are for mainland UK only.

Exceptions

We do not deliver to British Forces Postal Offices or addresses. We don’t ship outside of the United Kingdom. Please use an alternative shipping address.


Public Holidays

Orders placed on a public holiday will be despatched the next working day. If the delivery date falls on a public holiday, the delivery will be made the next working day.


Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll get an email with your Parcel Force tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your order. Parcel Force usually messages on the day of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We aim to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition but occasionally things do go wrong. If your order arrived with obvious damage to the packaging, do not accept the goods from the courier.
If the item(s) ordered within the package is found to be defective, damaged, or not the items ordered, please refer to the instructions below.
